You must be at least 13 years of age to use JEEVibe. Users under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent before using the Service. By using JEEVibe, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your phone number and any PIN or password you set. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
JEEVibe offers multiple subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Ultra. Each tier provides different levels of access to features including Snap & Solve, Daily Quizzes, Chapter Practice, JEE Simulations, Analytics, and AI Tutor capabilities.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their respective terms and refund policies apply.

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JEEVibe and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.
By uploading images or other content to the Service (such as question photographs), you grant JEEVibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
JEEVibe provides educational content generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all solutions and explanations are error-free. Users should verify important information through additional sources.
JEEVibe does not guarantee any specific exam results, scores, or ranks. Success in examinations depends on many factors including personal effort, preparation time, and individual capabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JEEVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
